Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Purchases can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be assessed a restocking fee or rejected.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. The credit generally appears within 3-5 business days.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping and any shipping costs associated with the order. No-restocking fees are charged for the return of the product.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please allow upto 10 business days for a credit to appear back to the original payment method.
