We offer FREE US and Canada shipping! Your order will arrive within 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday) and most orders are shipped out within 2 business days.

All machines are delivered duty paid for Canadian orders. No additional fees, duties, and customs charges on delivery. 

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”

Tracking information does not update until the carrier picks up the packages at our distribution center. We generally ship most orders within 2 business days and tracking information updates once picked up. If 5 business days after your order was placed there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before placing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge. 

Sometimes the carrier may make a delivery at a neighbor's house or hide it by the garage or somewhere inconspicuous. Please check that no packages are left by the carrier around the home. If your purchase shows delivered, and you ensured it isn't around the home or neighbour's home, please contact us.
